Analytics metrics dictionary

This page lists metrics currently used in Zevio Analytics UI. Monetary fields are presented in PLN formatting in UI.

Core transaction metrics

  • Total revenue - sum of successful payments in the selected range.
  • Payment attempts - all payment attempts in the selected range.
  • Successful / failed / pending transactions - quality split of attempts.
  • Success rate - share of successful attempts.
  • Average transaction value - average amount per successful transaction.
  • Refunded transactions - number of successful refunds.
  • Refund amount - total refunded value.
  • Refund rate - refund share relative to successful payments.
  • Net revenue - revenue after refunds.

Customer metrics

  • Total customers - cumulative organization customer base.
  • New customers - customers acquired in the selected range.
  • Returning customers - customers who were already in your base.
  • Unique customers - distinct customers with successful payments in range.
  • Retention and churn - repeat behavior and drop-off indicators.
  • Total customers over time - trend chart of cumulative base.
  • New customers over time - trend chart of acquisition pace.

Subscription metrics

  • New MRR - newly generated recurring revenue in period (including expansion effects).
  • Churned MRR - recurring revenue lost in period.
  • Total MRR - current monthly recurring revenue level.
  • Total ARR - annualized recurring revenue.
  • MRR growth rate - momentum of recurring revenue growth.
  • New / churned / total subscribers - subscriber flow and current base.
  • Recurring revenue in period - billed recurring volume in selected range.
  • Subscriber churn and retention rates - stability indicators for recurring customer base.

Period comparison

  • Compares current period vs previous period for key business KPIs.
  • Displayed in KPI cards as growth badges (up/down percentage).
