Does Zevio support variable invoice amounts?

Do I need my own mobile app?

No. Use Zevio via QR, email or website. Zevio app handles the wallet. API/SDK available.

Does the user have full control over subscriptions?

Yes. Users see all cycles/history and can pause/resume instantly.

Can I test the system before going live?

Yes. Full access to test environment with API documentation.

Does the transaction fee include the payment gateway cost?

Yes. The percentage charged per transaction is the total cost — it covers both the payment gateway (PSP) fee and the Zevio commission. The gateway adds no extra per-transaction charges. The price includes the payment gateway and one-off payments too.

How do tuition, fees and passes work?

We support tuition, membership fees, passes (trial, 1× or 2× a week, a full semester upfront) and one-off payments (camp, workshop, joining fee). The payer agrees once, and the following periods charge automatically — by BLIK, card or on a recurring plan.

Are overdue reminders automatic?

Yes. E-mail and SMS notifications go out automatically to people with an overdue payment — no manual chasing on your side.

How much does it cost?

The same model as the Zevio pricing page: a Free plan up to 50 active clients (5% fee), Premium for 51–1000 clients from PLN 99/month (3% fee, −10% on annual billing), and Enterprise above 1000 clients priced individually. No setup cost.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You start for free, and we help you get up and running and connect the schedule fast. You grow from one group to the whole organisation.

Are the SMS messages charged separately?

E-mail notifications are included as standard. SMS reminders are billed by usage — you turn them on whenever you want.
