What happens when a card expires or BLIK doesn't authorize?

Zevio runs automatic retries per configurable rules. If they still fail, the customer gets an email with a link to update the payment method. No missed delivery, no blame shift onto your shop.

Does the customer need a Zevio account?

No. The recurring consent is stored against the email + card/BLIK token. An account is optional.

How does the pricing work?

Per-transaction fee, no flat cost and no setup charge. The rate depends on volume - we quote it on the first call.
