For Appointment-Based Services

A monthly pass that renews itself.

Fitness, beauty, tutoring, private healthcare, personal trainers - clients come for the session, not to re-enter their card every month. Zevio combines BLIK Recurring with automatic retry: the pass pays itself, and when something fails, the system retries for you - no front-desk intervention.

70%+

of online transactions in Poland go through BLIK - not card, not bank transfer

+30%

lift in checkout conversion when you add BLIK

10-15%

of passes recovered automatically by retry instead of being lost to expired cards

Who it's for

Four worlds where a pass and a subscription become the business model

Anywhere clients come back regularly - classes, treatments, consultations, sessions - Zevio turns a one-off payment into a pass that renews itself. The model fits any services vertical with appointment-based bookings.

Fitness & movement

Gyms, yoga, pilates, CrossFit, dance studios, personal trainers (group and 1-on-1). Monthly pass, 4/8/12 entries, open pass, personal-training packs - client picks the plan, Zevio bills and renews.

Beauty & wellness

Estheticians, barbers, spas, massage. Membership clubs, treatment packs, loyalty passes. Regular care = returning client = predictable revenue.

Education & tutoring

Tutoring, language schools, online courses, music lessons, business coaching. Monthly or semester fee, package of sessions. No more chasing parents for envelopes with cash.

Health & 1-on-1

Private healthcare, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, dietitians, expert consultations. Medical memberships, session packs. A stable practice budget, patients without queues for the next booking.

Two sides of one pass

Easier for the client. More predictable for the business.

For the client
  • 3-second BLIK payment for the first pass
  • The pass renews itself - no "remember to pay me" reminders
  • Switch plan, pause for a vacation, cancel - one click in the panel
  • History of passes and classes in one place
  • No interruption when a card expires - retry handles it
For the business
  • Predictable MRR instead of "who's paying cash today"
  • Auto-renewals mean the front desk stops chasing unpaid passes
  • Retry recovers 10-15% of payments that would otherwise disappear
  • Integrations with booking systems: Booksy, Fresha, Versum, Calendbook
  • Pass analytics: MRR, churn, utilization rate, reactivation

Why a pass, not a single entry

Clients show up to train. Not to re-enter their card.

The most expensive hour at the front desk of a fitness club, beauty salon or medical practice isn't the one spent on the client - it's the one spent chasing an unpaid pass. BLIK Recurring plus automatic retry cut 90% of that work. A client doesn't cancel a pass because they stopped showing up - they cancel because they couldn't be bothered to re-enter the card. Subscription removes that friction and turns a transaction into a relationship that lasts.

Retry in action

When something fails, Zevio retries - so you don't have to

Typical story in fitness and beauty: the client was due to pay on the 1st, but the card expired. The front desk finds out a week later, the client is gone. Zevio catches it in seconds and recovers the pass before anyone even notices.

01

Attempt 1 failed

Expired card, unconfirmed BLIK, insufficient funds. Zevio detects in 2 seconds and logs the reason.

02

Retry after 24 hours

Automatic retry. Often enough - the card has been topped up, BLIK is online, the client didn't even see a notification.

03

Email with an update-payment link

If the second attempt also fails - the client gets an email "update your payment method, your pass is waiting". One click, new card, story ends.

04

Pass paused + front-desk signal

After retry rules are exhausted - the pass is paused, and the front desk gets a notification in the panel. The client stays in touch - they don't drop out of the base.

How it works

Three steps to your first self-paying pass

01

Client picks a pass and accepts the cycle

Once. BLIK Recurring or card tokenization. Monthly, 4/8/12 entries, session packs - client's plan, your rules.

02

Zevio charges automatically

On the renewal date, with no client interaction. Retry handles failed payments. Fixed amount (open pass) or variable (session add-ons).

03

Booking access active

Webhook to your booking system (Booksy, Fresha, Versum, custom). The client sees an active pass, books a class, shows up and trains.

Payment methods

The client picks how they pay for the pass.

BLIK, BLIK Recurring, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tokenized card, bank transfer. One consent at the first pass - the following months run themselves. BLIK already handles over 70% of online transactions in Poland, and adding it to checkout alone lifts conversion by over 30%.

Security and integrations

Plugged into your booking system in 5 days

Integration with your booking system

REST API and webhooks that we plug into your system - Booksy, Fresha, Versum, Calendbook, Nakiedy or your own panel. We help wire Zevio into the place where your clients already are, so your team doesn't have to figure out BLIK Recurring on its own.

PCI-DSS & tokenization

Card data never touches your system. Tokenization runs on the certified operator side (PCI-DSS Level 1). BLIK Recurring without the card at all - for the client and for you.

Pass analytics

MRR per location, churn, reactivation, utilization rate (what % of a pass the client actually uses). The same metrics you know from SaaS - applied to services.

30-day no-commitment pilot

Start with one pass type or one location. 30-day pilot, no long-term contract, zero setup cost. Scale once the numbers check out.

FAQ

Questions the front desk and the owner ask

How exactly does retry work when a payment fails?
For popular systems (Booksy, Fresha) - typically 5-10 business days, because our REST API wires up quickly with their webhooks. For custom booking systems - 10-15 days depending on integration complexity. We implement together with your team.
Does the client lose access the moment the card expires?
No - by default access runs until the end of the paid period and through the entire retry sequence. The client usually never notices, because the pass stays active while retry quietly resolves the card issue. Configurable - you can choose immediate suspension for specific pass types.
Which booking-system integrations do you have?
Ready-made modules for Booksy and Fresha. For Versum, Calendbook, Nakiedy and custom systems - integration via webhook API (Zevio sends pass status, the booking system consumes it). Rollout up to 5 days for ready-made modules, 10-15 days for webhooks.
Can the client pause the pass - vacation, illness?
Yes. One click in the client panel pauses the pass (e.g. during a holiday). Zevio halts the next charge; the client reactivates on return. Alternative: automatic pause from your booking system via webhook.
Do you support multi-entry passes (e.g. 4 classes / month)?
Yes. You configure the pass type (open, 4/8/12/24 entries, personal-training packs, etc.); Zevio bills on cycle, your booking system counts usage. When the client runs out of entries - booking is blocked until the next cycle or top-up.
What are the costs?
Per-transaction fee, no flat costs and no setup charge. Special rates for chains (multiple locations) and for fitness/beauty startups. 30-day pilot - you pay once the first passes actually start renewing.

Let's talk
