Does the transaction fee include the payment gateway cost?

Yes. The percentage charged per transaction is the total cost — it covers both the payment gateway (PSP) fee and the Zevio commission. The gateway adds no extra per-transaction charges. The price includes the payment gateway and one-off payments too.

What happens on a failed payment?

Zevio automatically retries the charge on a schedule and runs anti-churn and winback flows - email/SMS reminders and a prompt to update the payment method. That recovers revenue that would simply be lost without retry.

Can a member pause or resume their membership?

Yes. In the member portal they can pause a pass (a membership holiday), resume it, change package or cancel in one click - no call to the club office. Less friction means lower churn.

I run a platform - how does the embedded integration work?

You get a REST API, webhooks and an iframe checkout. You embed payments into your product and your customers pay for memberships through Zevio. BLIK Recurring (which Stripe lacks), the portal and retry are available out of the box, and you can earn on revenue share.

How much does it cost?

Free plan up to 50 payers (5% per transaction). Premium for 51-1,000 payers: about PLN 1 per payer, min. PLN 99/mo (3% per transaction, -10% when paid annually). Above 1,000 payers - Enterprise, custom pricing.

Can you issue invoices for companies?

Yes. We support invoices for corporate members and B2B payers - across networks, buying groups and business clubs. We collect invoice details at sign-up and you see settlements in the panel.
