Analytics charts and interpretation
Analytics charts are date-based time series. X axis is date bucket; Y axis reflects the metric scale (currency or count).
Subscription and MRR charts
- Total MRR (line) - recurring revenue level over time.
- New & Churned MRR (dual line) - growth inflow vs recurring revenue loss.
- Total Subscribers (line) - active subscriber base over time.
- New & Churned Subscribers (dual line) - acquisition vs subscriber loss.
Customer charts
- Total Customers (line) - cumulative customer base trend.
- New Customers (line) - customer acquisition trend.
How to read common patterns
- Rising Total MRR with flat new subscribers often means expansion or price uplift.
- High Churned MRR with low churned subscriber count can indicate loss of higher-value plans.
- Rising New Customers with stable transaction volume may indicate more first-time, lower-frequency buyers.
- For very small subscriber bases, churn percentages should be interpreted with caution.
