Analytics overview
Analytics in Zevio shows transactional, subscription and customer metrics for the selected organization. All values update according to selected filters such as date range and granularity.
Who can use Analytics
Analytics is available in organization context for roles that can access this section (typically owner and organization admin). Team member role does not have access to Analytics.
Filters and controls
- Range presets: Today, 7D, 30D, MTD, 90D, 12M.
- Custom date range using the calendar.
- Granularity: daily, weekly, monthly.
- Refresh button for manual reload.
Data groups in Analytics
- Overview metrics: revenue and transaction quality.
- Subscription metrics: MRR/ARR, subscriber flow and churn.
- Customer metrics: total/new customers and customer trend.
- Period comparison: growth for selected KPIs vs previous period.
How data is organized in the screen
The screen is split into four practical layers: KPI cards, period-to-period comparison, customer trend charts and subscription/MRR trend charts. This layout helps you move from high-level performance to detailed trend diagnosis in one view.
