What payment models are available?

Recurring payments (fixed monthly fee), prepaid (term agreement with price guarantee), installments (use today, pay later in 4 instalments), and variable fees (access + variable fee based on usage).

Can I support different payment intervals?

Yes. Define daily, weekly, monthly and custom cycles. Combine intervals within a single product.

Does Zevio support variable invoice amounts?

Yes. Ideal for consumption-based billing such as utilities. Automatic collection after invoice issuance.

Do I need my own mobile app?

No. Use Zevio via QR, email or website. Zevio app handles the wallet. API/SDK available.

Does the user have full control over subscriptions?

Yes. Users see all cycles/history and can pause/resume instantly.

Can I test the system before going live?

Yes. Full access to test environment with API documentation.

Promotions: trial and discounts

Promotions lower price at subscription start (trial), for a period (promo price, general discount) or in date ranges (discount schedule). Set in offer form Promotions tab when creating or on offer details in Promotions → Edit promotions. Below: each type, how to enable and what the customer sees.

Trial

Trial - lower or free price at start. Toggle Trial on; choose number of payments or time (e.g. week, month). Trial price - zero = free. On payment page customer sees reduced amount or 0 and trial info. For fixed amount (model A) trial is limited to one payment or time not longer than one billing period. System requires trial price (even 0).

Promotional price

Promotional price shows a reduced amount for a chosen period. Set amount and duration. On payment page Amount due today shows the discounted amount; after the period full subscription price applies.

Discount schedule

Discount schedule - percentage discounts in date ranges (e.g. 1-28 Feb 20% off). Add ranges: start date, end date, discount %. End must be after start; system shows error otherwise. Available only for variable amount (M or O); for fixed (A) the toggle is disabled.

General discount

General discount lowers price for the whole offer for a period. Toggle on, set discount % and optional duration (e.g. first month, quarter). On payment page customer sees reduced amount. For model A discount duration cannot exceed one billing period - validated on save.

Subscription cancellation lock

Cancellation lock prevents the customer from canceling early in the portal - e.g. first month or quarter. Set the lock period in offer settings (Advanced). During that time Cancel subscription in the portal is disabled; customer sees from when they can cancel. In panel subscription details you see earliest cancellation date.

Where you see promotions after save

On offer details in Promotions block: summary of what is on (trial, discount schedule, general discount) or No promotions. Edit promotions opens the same fields as on create; Save applies changes. Changes apply immediately for new payments and subscriptions.
