What is an offer
An offer in Zevio is a product or service you sell via payment link or QR code. The customer opens the link (or scans QR), enters email or logs in, chooses BLIK or card and pays. In the panel you see the offer list, create, edit, enable/disable and share (link, QR, email).
Offer status: Active and Inactive
Each offer has status Active or Inactive. When you set it to Inactive, customers cannot pay - the link shows "Product is not active". Subscriptions for this offer are suspended; after setting the offer back to Active they are resumed. You can delete an offer only when there are no related payments - otherwise you see a message that the offer cannot be deleted because it has payments.
What an offer contains
Basic data: title, gross and net amount, tax, currency (default PLN). Subscription mode toggle: one-time or recurring; for subscription you choose BLIK model (fixed or variable amount), payment frequency, expiry date and optionally max number of payments. Promotions (trial, discount, discount schedule, cancellation lock) are only with subscription. In Details you add images and description for the payment page. In Advanced you set allowed payment methods (BLIK, card), post-payment URLs (thank you, error), metadata and - with Stripe - report option.

Panel actions (offer)
- Share - modal with payment link, QR and email send. Details: Payment link and QR.

How offers are stored
Each offer has a unique id (qrId) and belongs to one organization. Stored: title, amounts (net, gross, tax), currency, status (active, inactive, expired), and if enabled - subscription settings (BLIK model, frequency, expiry), promotions (trial, discounts), payment link, success/error URLs, metadata, allowed payment methods. The payment link is generated after saving and is used to share with customers.
Offer lifecycle
- Created - form in panel; after save status ACTIVE, qrId and universal link generated.
- Active - customers pay; subscriptions active.
- Inactive - toggle in panel; link shows inactive message; subscriptions go to SUSPENDED; after enabling they resume.
- Deleted - only when no related payments; otherwise 409.
- Expired (EXPIRED) - offer does not accept new payments.
Offer list in panel
Menu Offers (selected org required). List shows status, title, amount, created date, whether recurring. Per offer: View (details) and Share (link, QR, email). You can filter by status, currency and date range and search. Create offer only for admins and owners; members see only list, View and Share.
