Offer - basic information

The first tab (Basic information) defines product identity, price, and optional BLIK subscription. Each field below is documented in the same order as in the form. After saving an offer with payments, some fields (title, amount, subscription model) may become locked - the form shows a tooltip explaining why.

Title

Offer name shown to the customer on the payment page, in the dashboard, and in links. Required, minimum 3 characters, maximum 35 characters (counter next to the field).

Net amount, gross amount, and tax

Enter net amount or gross amount - the other value is calculated from the VAT rate. Tax (VAT) is a percentage (default 0). Minimum amount is 0.01. Card payments (Stripe) have additional minimum amount rules - also applied to promotional prices on the Promotions tab.

Currency

Offer billing currency (usually PLN). Affects amounts on /pay, checkout, and reports.

Enable subscription mode

Toggle between a one-time offer and a recurring BLIK subscription. When enabled, BLIK model, frequency, and expiration fields appear. Disabling subscription resets promotions on the Promotions tab. See Recurring payments (BLIK A/M/O) for subscription lifecycle details.

BLIK model

Required with subscription enabled. Defines fixed vs variable amount and how subsequent charges work. Full A/M/O comparison: Recurring payments (BLIK A/M/O).

  • A (fixed amount) - same amount each period; fully automated; requires expiry date and bank limits; Basic or Premium plan.
  • M (variable amount with confirmation) - amount can change; each payment may require bank approval (72 h); discount schedule, after-service schedule; Premium plan.
  • O (variable amount) - amount can change; subsequent payments without bank confirmation; requires Premium and BLIK Model O permission (PDF agreement).

Model A - frequency and expiration

For A, set Payment frequency (presets or Other with count and unit) and Subscription expiration date (presets or custom; end of BLIK authorization at the bank). Expiration must be at least one billing period after start. Single and total amount limits are computed automatically from offer price and periods (hidden fields sent to Tpay).

Model M - frequency

For M, choose Payment frequency (presets or Other). Model M enables charge after service in the Schedule tab. Discount schedule in Promotions is available only for M/O.

Model O - frequency

For O, frequency configuration matches M. Model O is for flexible amounts without M's confirmation flow - requires active BLIK Model O on the organization.

Monthly billing day

For monthly (or equivalent) frequency you can set day of month (1-31) for default charge timing. Optional; aligns billing cycles to a calendar day.

Maximum number of payments

Available for M and O. When enabled, set a cycle limit (1-999) - subscription ends after that many charges.

What the customer sees

On /pay the customer sees title, amount due, subscription info (frequency, validity), and BLIK/card per the Advanced tab. The live preview on the right updates as you edit.
