Offer - basic information

The first tab (Basic information) defines product identity, price, and optional BLIK subscription. Each field below is documented in the same order as in the form. After saving an offer with payments, some fields (title, amount, subscription model) may become locked - the form shows a tooltip explaining why.

Title

Offer name shown to the customer on the payment page, in the dashboard, and in links. Required, minimum 3 characters, maximum 35 characters (counter next to the field).

Net amount, gross amount, and tax

Enter net amount or gross amount - the other value is calculated from the VAT rate. Tax (VAT) is a percentage (default 0). Minimum amount is 0.01. Card payments (Stripe) have additional minimum amount rules - also applied to promotional prices on the Promotions tab.

Currency

Offer billing currency (usually PLN). EUR is selectable when a separate PayU EUR POS is configured in organization payment settings. BLIK is PLN-only. Affects amounts on /pay, checkout, and reports.

Enable subscription mode

Toggle between a one-time offer and a recurring BLIK subscription. When enabled, frequency and related subscription fields appear. Disabling subscription resets promotions on the Promotions tab. See Recurring payments (BLIK) for subscription lifecycle details.

Payment frequency

Choose Payment frequency (presets or Other with count and unit). New and edited offers always use recurring model O (variable amount, automatic charges without per-cycle bank confirmation). Optional max number of payments (1-999) ends the subscription after that many charges.

Monthly billing day

For monthly (or equivalent) frequency you can set day of month (1-31) for default charge timing. Optional; aligns billing cycles to a calendar day.

Maximum number of payments

When enabled, set a cycle limit (1-999) - subscription ends after that many charges.

What the customer sees

On /pay the customer sees title, amount due, subscription info (frequency, validity), and BLIK/card per the Advanced tab. The live preview on the right updates as you edit.
