Organization member (MEMBER)

Team member (MEMBER) has limited merchant access - offer read-only view, sharing payment links and Schedule work. Applies in selected organization context.

Visible menu

  • Home - shortcuts to Offers and Schedule.
  • Offers - list, View, Share (no Create offer).
  • Schedule - calendar and bookings (Premium plan).

Offers - allowed actions

  • Browse all form tabs (Basic … Advanced) read-only.
  • Share link, QR and email from Share modal (list and details).
  • Cannot: create offers, save changes, toggle status, archive, delete.

Offer details page

Same layout as admin (form + preview) but fields are disabled, no Save changes, no Active/Inactive switch, no archive/delete footer. Share button at top is available.

Unavailable sections

No access to: Subscriptions and payments, Customers, Analytics, Plans, Developers, Organization settings, Team, Promotions (global coupons module). Direct URL to forbidden section → error page (404).

Typical MEMBER workflow

Front desk: Schedule attendance, charge after visit, Share payment link from Offers. No access to transaction history.
