Organization admin

OWNER and ADMIN fully administer the selected organization within plan and dashboardMode limits. OWNER is the workspace founder; ADMIN is an invited team administrator with the same operational scope.

Scope

• QR offers, promotions, payments, refunds, customers, analytics
• Org settings, PSP routing, KSeF, branding (paid)
• Team invites for ADMIN/MEMBER/MARKETING
• SaaS plans and developers (per plan gates)
• Enrollments admin surfaces when mode allows

OWNER vs ADMIN

• Both administer the organization day to day
• OWNER is created with the organization; the team form does not invite as OWNER
• OWNER role is not changed in the typical member edit modal

Out of scope

• Other organizations except those the user belongs to (switcher) or sees in a partner portfolio
• Bypassing MEMBER/MARKETING allowlists - OWNER/ADMIN have their own full menu
