Organization admin

As organization admin in the menu you see the full list in org context: Home, Offers (with Create offer), Transactions, Organizations, Customers, Analytics, Plans, Developers (REST API, Webhooks, Stripe, API keys), Settings (Organization, Team). You can invite members, change plans, configure webhooks and API keys. Plan limits still apply to schedule and selected developer capabilities.
