Roles and permissions - overview

Menu content and section access depend on your role in the organization. Below summary by role.

Visible menu and actions by role

Owner and org admin: Full access in the organization. Menu: Home, Offers (with Create offer), Transactions (Subscriptions, Payments, Refunds, All activity), Organizations (in user view), Customers, Analytics (from Premium), Plans, Developers (from Basic), Settings (Organization, Team). On offer details: Active/Inactive toggle, Edit, Share, Payment preview, Delete offer. Can invite members, change plans, configure webhooks and API keys.

Team member (MEMBER): In menu only Home, Offers, schedule. On offer list no Create offer. On offer details no Active/Inactive toggle or Edit, Share, Delete, Payment preview - only view. No access to: Transactions, Customers, Analytics, Organization settings, Team (invites), Plans, Developers. Going to a disallowed section (e.g. via saved link) shows error page (e.g. 404), not a separate "No permission" message.
