Referral programs

A referral program rewards customers for referring new subscribers. The referee (person using the link) gets a percentage discount on the subscription. The referrer (link owner) gets a percentage reward on their subscription after the referee pays successfully. Configure rules in the panel; links are generated automatically for active subscribers.

Creating a program

Promotions → Referral programs → New referral program. Enter name, Referee discount (%) (fixed percent on every subscription payment), Referrer discount (%) (reward after conversion) and Max referrer discount % - cap on total active referrer discount percent on one subscription. Optionally Max referrals per customer limits how many times one referrer can be rewarded.

Enable on an offer

In the offer form under code redemption enable referral links and select the program. The program applies to subscription offers linked to it (you can restrict eligible offers in program rules). Without enabling on the offer, referral links will not apply discounts at payment.

Customer referral link

Each active subscriber gets a unique code/link in Refer a friend in the subscription portal. The link is created on first visit. When the referee pays via that link, both sides receive discounts per program rules. In the panel see generated links and conversion counts on program details.

Archive

Archive program - deactivates it; existing links stop working for new payments. Delete program - permanent removal (irreversible).
