Coupons (code pools)
A coupon in Zevio is a pool of discount codes for your organization. Each pool has discount rules (percent or fixed gross price) and how long the discount lasts after redemption. Generate codes automatically or upload your own. Link pools to offers so customers can enter a code on the payment page.
Creating a pool
Promotions → Coupons → New coupon pool. Enter name, Discount type (percent 0-100 or fixed gross), Duration type after activation: Once (first payment only), Repeating interval (e.g. 1M, 3M), Payment count (first N payments) or Forever. Optionally set pool validity dates, max pool redemptions and codes.
Codes in the pool
On create choose Generate automatically (number of codes) or Upload custom codes (one per line). Set max uses per code or enable Unlimited uses per code. On pool details add more codes, view redemption counts and export CSV.
Assign to an offer
In the offer form enable promo codes and select accepted coupon pools. Only codes from linked pools work on that offer. On the payment page the customer clicks Add promo code, enters the code and Apply; on success they see the promotional price.
Archive and delete
Archive pool - deactivates the pool; codes stop working for new payments. Delete pool - permanent removal with all codes (irreversible). Already redeemed codes cannot be removed from the pool.
