Coupons (code pools)

A coupon in Zevio is a pool of discount codes for your organization. Create pools in Promotions → Coupons → New coupon pool; fields below are in form order. Assign pools on the offer in Offer - promotions (coupon codes). Discounts apply after successful payment.

Pool name

Internal pool name in the panel (required). Customers do not see it - used to identify pools in the list and when assigning to offers.

Discount type

How the discount is calculated:

• Percent discount - value 0-100% (required after selection).
• Fixed gross price - gross amount after discount (required, min. 0).

Discount duration type

How many subscription payments the discount lasts after code redemption:

• Once - only the payment where the code was used.
• Payment count - first N cycles (field 1-999).
• Repeating interval - preset (day, week, month, quarter, half year, year) or Custom with count and unit.
• Forever - on every subsequent subscription payment while the entry is active.

Pool validity period

Optional date range (from-to with time). Outside this window codes from the pool cannot be redeemed, even if assigned to an offer.

How to add codes

Radio:

• Generate automatically - enter number of codes (1-500); system generates unique codes.
• Upload custom codes - text field, one code per line (at least one required).

Unlimited uses per code

Toggle. Off: Max uses per code required (min. 1). On: the same code can be used by many customers (or the same customer multiple times) up to pool limits.

Assign to an offer

In the offer form (Offer - promotions): enable Allow coupon codes and select Coupon pools. On /pay: Add promo code → enter code → Apply; on valid code the customer sees the reduced amount.

After creating the pool

Pool details page: code list, redemption counts, Add codes, CSV export, Archive pool (deactivation - codes stop working for new payments), Delete pool (permanent, irreversible).
