Subscriptions

Clicking View for a subscription on the transactions list opens subscription details page. Access: admins and owners only.

Subscription statuses

Active - regular billing after any trial. Trial (TRIAL) - promotional trial period from offer settings (trialAccess); billing amounts follow the trial rules until the window ends, then typically Active. Past due (PAST_DUE). Paused (PAUSED). Cancellation (PENDING_CANCELLATION). Canceled (CANCELLED). Expired (EXPIRED). Suspended (SUSPENDED). Completed (COMPLETED).

Subscription details

Top: Back, title (offer name), status tag. Stats cards: payment count (or used entries / limit), total revenue, successful payments. Subscription info: ID, offer ID, title, amounts, method, interval, customer email and name, org, earliest cancellation date (if lock set), end date. Payment: start date, last payment, next payment. Payment history - table; View (payment details).

Canceling subscription

Cancel subscription at bottom. Confirmation and effect (cancel at period end) same as in customer portal - see Customer portal. If offer has cancellation lock the button may be disabled with tooltip and date. Cannot cancel when there is a pending payment - you see the appropriate message.
