Payment success and failure
After payment the customer lands on the success or error page. Below: what they see on each and typical gateway messages.
Success page
Green icon, Payment completed successfully! and text like Thank you for your payment. Buttons (by context): Manage subscription (if subscription - to customer portal), Go to payment (one-time), Back to schedule, Back to plans. If you set Thank you page (URL) in the offer, customer may be redirected there. For booking payment - optional auto redirect to schedule after a few seconds.
Error page
Red icon, Payment failed and text like "Your payment could not be processed. Try again or contact support." Try again goes back to the same payment link (if still valid). Button disabled when link expired or offer deactivated - then message about outdated link. For logged in: Back to homepage. If you set Error page (URL), customer may be redirected there.
Gateway messages
Depending on the gateway response the customer may see: bank decline, insufficient funds, limit exceeded, invalid BLIK code, timeout, amount too low, channel unavailable. Error page often shows a generic message and Try again. Payments in Pending (waiting for confirmation) may be auto-marked failed after timeout (e.g. 30 min); customer and org get a notification.
