What payment models are available?

Recurring payments (fixed monthly fee), prepaid (term agreement with price guarantee), installments (use today, pay later in 4 instalments), and variable fees (access + variable fee based on usage).

Can I support different payment intervals?

Yes. Define daily, weekly, monthly and custom cycles. Combine intervals within a single product.

Does Zevio support variable invoice amounts?

Yes. Ideal for consumption-based billing such as utilities. Automatic collection after invoice issuance.

Do I need my own mobile app?

No. Use Zevio via QR, email or website. Zevio app handles the wallet. API/SDK available.

Does the user have full control over subscriptions?

Yes. Users see all cycles/history and can pause/resume instantly.

Can I test the system before going live?

Yes. Full access to test environment with API documentation.

Payment success and failure

After payment the customer lands on the success or error page. Below: what they see on each and typical gateway messages.

Success page

Green icon, Payment completed successfully! and text like Thank you for your payment. Buttons (by context): Manage subscription (if subscription - to customer portal), Go to payment (one-time), Back to schedule, Back to plans. You can customize the default screen in the offer (title, description, optional button) or set an external Thank you page URL for redirect. For booking payment - optional auto redirect to schedule after a few seconds.

Error page

Red icon, Payment failed and text like "Your payment could not be processed. Try again or contact support." Try again goes back to the same payment link (if still valid). Button disabled when link expired or offer deactivated - then message about outdated link. You can customize the default error screen in the offer or set an external Error page URL for redirect.

Gateway messages

Depending on the gateway response the customer may see: bank decline, insufficient funds, limit exceeded, invalid BLIK code, timeout, amount too low, channel unavailable. Error page often shows a generic message and Try again. Payments in Pending (waiting for confirmation) may be auto-marked failed after timeout (e.g. 30 min); customer and org get a notification.

Success page (hosted)

Default: green icon, confirmation title, amount in offer currency, subscription info when applicable and Manage subscription link to customer portal (Premium+). Customize via offer resultPages.success or successUrl redirect.

Failure page (hosted)

Red icon, error description, optional resultPages.failed button. With fallbacks configured the customer may see a transition screen to backup offer before final failure.

Common messages

Failed BLIK / card authorization - retry on payment page.
BLIK confirmation timeout (model M) - payment expires after 72 h.
Inactive offer / expired link - retry requires new link from merchant.
