Onboarding and account type
After first login (or when account type not chosen yet) the app shows account type choice: Individual (payments, bookings) or Business (sales, creating organization). Screens below.
Screen 1: Account type
Two cards: Individual and Business. Short description under each. Select a card, then Continue.
Option: Individual
You use Zevio as customer - payments for others' offers, subscriptions, bookings. After Continue you go to dashboard in user view. Left menu: Home, Transactions, Calendar, Organizations, Subscriptions, Pay for offer, Settings. You will not see: Offers (create), Customers, Analytics, Plans, Developers.
Option: Business
You run sales - offers, transactions, customers. After Continue organization onboarding starts (steps 2-4 below).
Screen 2: Company details (Business only)
Company details form:
- Tax ID (required).
- Fetch from registry - after entering tax ID fills company name, address and contact automatically.
- Or Fill manually - then you enter: Name, Contact person, Phone, Address, Postal code, City, Country, Timezone, Terms link, Privacy policy link.
Bottom button Next. Validation: e.g. required tax ID, invalid format - messages by fields. After valid submit Next goes to Screen 3 (Branding).
Screen 3: Branding (Business only)
Branding form (payment page look):
- Website URL (optional). Fetch brand - system may fetch brand data from URL.
- Logo upload - drag file or choose; crop option.
- Brand color - used on payment and checkout page.
- Checkout preview - how payment page will look with your logo and color.
Back (to company details) and Create. Create goes to Screen 4.
Screen 4: Creating organization and finish
Creating organization… (loader). Then success message. Sometimes Tpay activation link with short instructions. Finish - takes you to dashboard in the new organization. Menu: Offers, Transactions, Customers, Analytics, Plans, Settings (Organization, Team), Developers.
Organization switcher
Top bar has organization switcher: current organization or "personal account". Click to see list: choose another organization or personal account. Menu content depends on selection: with org - Offers, Transactions, Customers, etc.; personal - Transactions, Calendar, Organizations, Pay for offer, etc.
