Dashboard
Dashboard is the screen after login: header at top, menu on the left, content on the right. Menu depends on selected organization (top bar switcher) and role (member has narrower access than org admin). Below: all panel sections.
Header (top bar)
- Logo - click goes to panel home.
- Search - type and Enter; opens results (offers, transactions, customers, payments, refunds).
- Environment switcher - Sandbox or Production. Click opens same section in the other environment.
- Notifications - list (new payments, refunds, invites, etc.); Mark all as read.
- Theme - light / dark.
- User menu (avatar or name) - Settings (profile, photo, default org, log out everywhere, delete account), Log out.
Left menu - selected organization (org admin or owner)
- Overview: Home, Offers, Transactions.
- Business: Organizations (when switched to user view), Customers, Analytics.
- Bottom: Developers (REST API, Webhooks, Stripe, API keys), Settings (Organization, Team), Plans link.
Left menu - personal account (no org selected)
- Visible: Home, Transactions, Calendar, Organizations, Subscriptions, Pay for offer, Settings.
- Not visible: Offers, Customers, Analytics, Plans, Developers - those are in org context.
Limits: plan and role
- Free plan: Analytics, Developers - you see Section unavailable and View plans. From Basic/Premium these sections are unlocked.
- Member role: Menu only Home, Offers (no Create offer), schedule. No access: Transactions, Customers, Analytics, Organization settings, Team, Plans, Developers. Direct link to those sections → 404.
Navigation and role
- Owner and org admin - full access to Offers, Transactions, Customers, Analytics, Plans, Notifications, Search, Developers, Settings (Organization, Team).
- Member - only Home, Offers (View, Share - no Create, Edit, Delete).
- User view (personal) - Home, Transactions, Calendar, Organizations, Subscriptions, Pay for offer, Settings (profile).
Home
First screen after login. Org view (admin/owner): greeting (Hello + name), cards (Revenue last 30 days, Transactions, Balance, Available for payout), revenue chart, recent transactions, Quick actions (configurable in Customize quick actions), recent offers. Member: greeting, Offers card, Quick actions. Personal: My subscriptions, Total spent, recent transactions, Pay for offer.
Pay for offer
For personal account (no org selected) or from menu: enter Offer ID (e.g. from QR or merchant) and click Search. Same payment screen as with link (logo, offer, amount, BLIK/card, consent). After success - success page or redirect; flow details: How payment looks, Payment success and failure.
Offers in panel
Offers menu - list (stats cards, search, filters), Create offer (admin/owner only), per offer View and Share. Details: What is an offer, Edit and share, Payment link and QR.
Transactions in panel
Transactions menu - admins and owners only. Tabs: Subscriptions, Payments, Refunds, All activity. Amounts in PLN. Details: Transactions overview, Subscriptions, Payments, Refunds.
Customers in panel
Customers menu - admins and owners only. List (cards, search, filters, Export CSV), View → details. Details: Customers overview, Where customers come from, Customer details.
Organizations
Organizations in menu - when in user view (personal account switcher). List of organizations you belong to (owner, admin or member). View - org details, your membership. Top bar switcher lets you switch to an org or personal account.
Analytics
Analytics menu (organization context, owner/admin roles). Date range presets (Today, 7D, 30D, MTD, 90D, 12M), custom range, granularity (daily, weekly, monthly) and Refresh. The section includes overview metrics, subscription and MRR metrics, customer metrics, time-series charts and a separate OSS tab (EU VAT TBE). Plans and billing
Plans menu - plan cards (Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise), comparison table. Admins and owners only. On Free: schedule, Analytics, Developers - Section unavailable.
Notifications
Notifications page (menu or bell in header). List: new payments, refunds, subscriptions, invites, etc. Cards: total, unread, read. Filter: All / Unread / Read. Mark all as read. Click notification - mark read and go to linked resource.
Search
Search in header (field + Enter) opens results page. Search: offers, customers, payments, subscriptions, refunds, organizations. Filters: status, type (Offers, Customers, Payments, etc.). Results grouped; Details (or View) per item. URL contains query and filters.
When you see an error or message
- 404 - non-existent resource or member opening a section without access (e.g. Transactions, Customers).
- Offer not found - on payment page or in panel offer details.
- Section unavailable - on Free opening schedule or Developers.
- Invite invalid or expired - link expired (7 days) or wrong.
- Invite sent to different email - logged in with different account than invite address.
