Password reminder

On the login page there is Password reminder (or Forgot password). Click - form with Email. Enter address and submit - you receive email with link. Click link in email - set new password page: two fields (new password, confirm). After save password is changed; you can log in with the new one.

Reset flow

Email → reset link → new password form. Link is single-use and time-limited. Generic success message prevents email enumeration.
