Forgot password
Password reset for the Zevio user account (not the organization SaaS plan). Entry points: login screen link and /forgot-password.
Flow
- Submit the account email
- Zevio sends a reset message when the address exists (response stays non-enumerating)
- Open the reset link with a time-limited token
- Set a new password and sign in
Security
- Single-use / expiring token
- Same generic success copy whether or not the email is registered
- HTTPS only in production
