Account activation

Activation applies to accounts created via team invite, partner link or completing registration after invite. The email link opens a dedicated screen - not the same as public signup.

Organization invite (new account)

Without a Zevio account, the link opens Account activation: First name, Last name, Password (and confirmation), terms acceptance. After save the account is active and you join the organization in the invited role (e.g. MEMBER).

Invite (existing account)

A logged-in user sees invite summary (Accept / Decline). After accept the organization appears in the header switcher.

Error messages

• Invalid or expired invite - ask sender for a new invite.
• Email already in use - log in and accept the invite.
• Password too weak - minimum 6 characters (same as registration).
