Organization settings

In Settings → Organization (/dashboard/settings/organization) you configure company data, checkout branding, email notifications, and payment activation (Tpay, Stripe Express). Requires selected organization in the top switcher. Owner and organization admin only; team members do not see this section.

Organization plan

Top card shows current plan (Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise) and Manage plan button (goes to Plans).

Organization ID

Read-only Organization ID (copy) - for integrations and support.

Organization name

Organization name field (required, min. 2 chars). Shown on payment page and emails.

Tax ID

Tax ID field (optional here; required in onboarding). Min. 3 chars when filled.

Contact person

Contact person field (required, min. 2 chars).

Contact phone

Phone with country selector (required).

Address

Fields: Street, House number, Flat number, Postal code, City, Country (select), Timezone (select).

Organization email scope

Select Organization notifications: All, Successful payments only, Off - which events go to the org inbox.

Customer email scope

Select Customer notifications: e.g. First and failures, All, Off - transactional emails to payers.

Subscription trial emails

Select Subscription trial: Off or trial-end reminders (per panel options).

Notifications email

Notifications email field - recipient for org emails (new payments, refunds, etc.).

Payments report

Payments report email and Report frequency select: Off, Daily, Weekly, Monthly. Send test report when address is set.

Newsletter

Newsletter toggle - org marketing consent flag (per panel label).

Website URL

Website URL (HTTPS). Fetch brand button - pulls logo/color from domain when available.

Logo

Logo upload: pick file, crop, preview. Used on /pay and checkout.

Brand color

Brand color (ColorPicker) - accent on payment page.

Branded email

Branded emails toggle (paid plan) - transactional emails with org logo.

Terms and policy

Terms URL, Privacy policy URL, Complaints email (HTTPS / email). Linked on checkout.

Conversion tracking

In Conversion tracking (Premium, Enterprise, Trial) you connect hosted checkout with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta. Full guide: [Conversion tracking](/docs/conversion-tracking).

  • Enable tracking and your GTM, GA4 and Meta identifiers. Checkout always asks for a cookie choice before analytics tags load.
  • Store GA4 Measurement Protocol and Meta Conversions API secrets securely (write-only in the panel).
  • Measure the checkout journey with standard ecommerce events from offer view through purchase.

Checkout preview

Checkout preview button - modal with payment page preview using current branding.

Tpay activation (BLIK/card)

Tpay card: merchant account status, Continue verification, Tpay onboarding. When active BLIK and card work on offers. Optional Client ID / Secret modal for custom sandbox/production credentials.

Stripe Express

Stripe Connect Express card (when available): status, Continue verification, Open Stripe Express dashboard - payouts and card via Stripe. Separate from Developers → Stripe (Zevio Pay).

Save

Save changes at form bottom. Success toast on save.
