Plans and limits

Zevio subscription is per organization. In the panel menu (left) Plans link goes to the page with plan cards and comparison table. Plans section is visible only to owner (OWNER) and org admin; members do not have access. The plan defines which features are available (schedule, Analytics, Developers, webhooks, conversion tracking, recurring payment model, etc.) and transaction fee.

Access to Plans

Plans link in the left menu appears in selected organization context, at the bottom (next to Developers, Settings). Click opens the page with current plan, all plan cards (Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise) and feature comparison. Only owner and organization admin have access.

Four plans

  • Free - testing and very low volume. Limited products (offers), no recurring BLIK/subscriptions, no REST API, no schedule, no conversion tracking.
  • Basic - small businesses and simple recurring. Lower transaction fee, up to 20 offers, BLIK Model A (fixed subscription amounts), REST API and API keys, branded payment screens. No conversion tracking.
  • Premium - service businesses and automation. Lower fee, BLIK Model O and cards, variable subscriptions, schedule (bookings, calendar, no-show fees, deposits), webhooks (payment.succeeded, payment.failed, refunded, etc.), conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel / Conversions API on hosted checkout), lead collection, customer portal. Priority support.
  • Enterprise - larger orgs and critical integrations. Everything in Premium (including conversion tracking) plus: custom transaction fee, custom integrations, SLA, dedicated support.

What depends on plan

Schedule (calendar, slots, bookings, attendance log) - available from Premium. On Free and Basic, opening Schedule in the menu shows Section unavailable.

Analytics (charts, metrics, revenue, MRR and subscribers) - available in organization context for supported org roles.

Developers (REST API, Webhooks, Stripe, API keys) - from Basic. On Free the whole Developers section is blocked; webhooks (URLs, events) from Premium.

Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API on hosted checkout and success screens) - available on Premium, Enterprise, and Trial. On Free and Basic the Organization settings block stays locked and hosted checkout does not load merchant tags. Full guide: [Conversion tracking](/docs/conversion-tracking).

Create customer via API - Premium and Enterprise only.

Customer portal - from Premium and Enterprise.

Recurring payment model in offer: on Basic only fixed amount; on Premium - also variable with confirmation and variable (e.g. usage-based).

Transaction fee and plan change

Transaction fee depends on plan (e.g. higher on Free, lower on Basic and Premium; Enterprise - custom). Price details and feature table on Pricing page (header link) and in panel Plans. Changing plan (e.g. Free to Basic or Basic to Premium) is from the Plans page - select target plan and confirm; billing per pricing (monthly).
