Autopay

AutoPay (Blue Media) handles BLIK and cards. Configure under Organization settings → Payment integrations → AutoPay. Steps below match the in-app instruction.

Credentials

Where to find credentials

In the AutoPay panel go to your payment service settings and copy the Service ID and Shared Key. Paste them in Zevio under Payment integrations → AutoPay → Credentials.

  • autopayServiceId (Service ID)
  • autopaySharedKey (Shared Key)

Connection verification

When you save, Zevio automatically verifies the AutoPay connection. You can also use "Test connection" before saving. Incorrect credentials will prevent BLIK and card payments from working.

Notifications (ITN/ISTN and return)

In the AutoPay panel configure transaction notification addresses and the customer return URL. Below are the addresses generated for this organization - copy them into the AutoPay panel.

  • ITN/ISTN: Paste this address in the AutoPay panel as the ITN/ISTN notification URL. AutoPay will send transaction status updates to this address, which Zevio uses to update payments.
  • Return URL: Paste this address as the post-payment return URL. The customer will be redirected here after completing payment in AutoPay.
Webhook and return URLs are generated per organization and copyable in the AutoPay modal in Zevio.

Payment operator selection

Enable AutoPay in Zevio

After configuring credentials and URLs in the AutoPay panel, select AutoPay as the card and BLIK payment operator in organization settings (Payment operator section). Only then will payments be routed through AutoPay.
