Customer details page shows contact data, stats (payment count, total amount, success rate) and history - tabs with this customer’s payments and subscriptions. Opens after View on the list. Below: elements.

Top

  • Back to customers.
  • Avatar (if customer has photo).
  • Name or display name (or email if no name).
  • Customer ID.

Stats cards

Total payments, Total paid, Success rate, Average amount.

Tab: Payments

Table of this customer’s payments: Status, Payment ID, Amount, Date, Title, Method, Actions. Search and Filters (status, method, dates). Amounts in PLN. View - payment details.

Tab: Subscriptions

Table of customer’s subscriptions: Status, Subscription ID, Amount, Next payment, Title, Method, View. View goes to subscription details.

When customer does not exist or not in org

Wrong or other-org customer: Customer not found and button back to list.
